Sambo is a martial art made in the Soviet Union. It is similar to judo and Brazilian jiu jitsu, but different at the same time. The goal is to throw, pin, and submit your opponent.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is! The first class is free. Bring sweatpants, a t shirt, and a bottle of water.
Is this a competitive club?
Yes. Though not necessary to participate, everyone is welcome to compete in sambo, judo, and BJJ. We will give you the tools necessary to compete and do well in competition.
What ages do you accept?
We accept children as young as 5 years old for the youth class.
